The Administrative Professionals of the Tri-Cities (APTC) is a group of administrative professionals from private, public, government and non-profit organizations in the Tri-Cities who are committed to ensuring that individuals who choose the administrative profession are supported in the development of their careers through networking, collaboration, training and the celebration of the profession. APTC is registered as a 501(c)6 non-profit organization and has held this designation since April 2015.
The mission of APTC is to empower career-minded administrative professionals toward success by:
To provide networking opportunities to career administrative professionals dedicated to building and fostering meaningful connections;
To ensure individuals working in the administrative profession have the opportunity to connect, learn, lead and excel;
To provide career development opportunities for individuals within the profession, and to those considering the profession, through networking events, training workshops, input on future APTC events, mentoring opportunities and leadership roles.
To promote the profession by sponsoring a recognition event in the spring in celebration of Administration Professionals Week.
